Our Story
THE START
In 2015, after their kids headed off to college, Jung and Jang Lee moved from Los Angeles to Riverside. They were looking for a fresh start—a way to settle into a new community and build something of their own.
THE idea
The concept was simple. Jung and Jang have always been big on sweets and snacks; Toi Moi was a way to turn that personal habit into a neighborhood staple.
Today
A decade later, the shop remains a family-run effort. It’s a straightforward space dedicated to good ingredients and the belief that a community is best built over a shared bowl.
